Beta-titanium: 17 to 20 grams

Nickel is the most common contact allergen in metal frames — and the reason some people develop red marks on the nose and temples after a few hours. Titanium contains none. These three models are entirely beta-titanium, front and temples.

HÆLO at 17 grams is the lightest frame in our collection and, at 50 millimetres lens width, the narrowest of the three. Round metal lenses, fine lines — named after the ring of light around the sun and built as a tribute to the women who never asked flying for permission.

For a larger frame there is CAPTÆN and STRÆTOS: 58 millimetres lens width each, 20 and 19 grams, in the classic teardrop shape and in squared lines.

Fine lines don't mean fragility in beta-titanium. The alloy bends and returns to shape — even after months in a bag.

All three with UV400 lenses, filter category 3, anti-reflective, scratch-resistant and non-polarised.
