Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship across Europe, with fulfillment and dispatch from Teltow/Berlin. Within Germany, your order typically arrives in 2–4 business days; within the EU, in 3–5 business days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email. Shipping within Europe is free for orders above 100€ — below that, a flat shipping fee of 4.90€ applies (EU: 6.90€).

We ship from the EU. Every solaero frame goes through a final inspection before shipping — CE marked, EU filter category 3.

Returns

You have the statutory right of withdrawal: 14 days from receipt of the goods, no reason required.

Please return the goods unused and in the original packaging. The full legal terms, including the model withdrawal form, can be found in the Right of Withdrawal.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer a direct exchange — withdraw from the order and place a new order for the model you'd like instead.
