Shipping

We ship from the EU. Every solæro frame goes through a final inspection before shipping — CE marked, EU filter category 3.

Returns

You have the statutory right of withdrawal: 14 days from receipt of the goods, no reason required.

Please return the goods unused and in the original packaging. The full legal terms, including the model withdrawal form, can be found in the Right of Withdrawal.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer a direct exchange — withdraw from the order and place a new order for the model you'd like instead.
